County forms and documents:

Expense form: For money spent on county business. Send this to the treasurer, along with receipts. We are currently updating all expense forms to reflect the records which need to be kept in our new accounting package.

Planning form: For adviser or leader planning a county event, complete and submit to the Finance committee for approval.

If you are travelling abroad with Guiding, it is possible that you could get a grant towards your expenses from Girlguiding Wiltshire North. This is for an individual who has been selected to join a County or Region trip through the Intops process. It is not possible to apply for grants for other trips. The current grant is set at £100 per attendee.
